General return policies for any purchase are:

Tennis Zone will accept returns of any item that is unworn, undamaged, still tagged, and sent back within 15 business days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in as-purchased condition, and in the original manufacturer boxes, bags and/or packaging provided. Once we get the item back, we will evaluate the product to be sure it is in acceptable return condition and, if so, we can then give you an exchange, store credit, or refund - less shipping charges. If the item appears to be worn, is missing tags, or returned later than the 15-day grace period, we cannot give a refund.

Here are a few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your refund:
 - Shoes must be returned, tagged, in the original box.
 - Racquets must be returned with original plastic wrap on handle, completely unused.
 - Original invoice must be included for proof of purchase from TheTennisZone.com.
 - All additional shipping and handling charges will be paid for by the customer.
 - All returned items are subject to "review and acceptance" by TheTennisZone.com.


90-Day Racquet Satisfaction Guarantee:

If within 90 days of purchasing a new racquet from TheTennisZone.com you are dissatisfied with the racquet you can return it for a credit of 50% of the original purchase price, which can be applied to any other new racquet purchase from our on-line store.

Limitations and Conditions on this offer are:
 - Only applies to new, regular priced merchandise.
 - A 50% "store credit" will be available for the immediate purchase of a new racquet.
 - Credits cannot be applied to discounted, sale or clearance racquets.
 - We will not "hold" store credits for extended periods, and replacement product
    must be purchased immediately upon acceptance of return.
 - Manufacturer restrictions may prevent some items from being included in this offer.
 - Manufacturer warranties/guarantees may supercede and invalidate this offer.
 - Products showing misuse, damage or abnormal or excessive wear are not covered.
 - Limit one (1) racquet exchange per household.
 - Replaced items are not covered under these warranties.
 - Shipping and handling charges for all shipments are the customer's responsibility.


6-Month Shoe Wear Guarantee:

If within 6 months of purchasing a new pair of shoes from TheTennisZone.com you are dissatisfied with the wear performance of the product, you can return it for a credit of 50% of the original purchase price, which can be applied to any other new racquet purchase from our on-line store.

Limitations and Conditions on this offer are:
 - Only applies to new, regular priced merchandise.
 - A "replacement credit" will be available for the purchase/replacement of a new pair
    of shoes of equal or lesser value from the TheTennisZone.com.
 - We will not "hold" store credits for extended periods, and replacement product
    must be purchased immediately upon acceptance of return.
 - Manufacturer restrictions may prevent some items from being included in this offer.
 - Manufacturer warranties/guarantees may supercede and invalidate this offer.
 - Products showing misuse, damage or abnormal or excessive wear are not covered.

If within 7 days of purchasing a product from TheTennisZone.com you find a better price on the same exact item - we will credit your purchase for 115% of the price difference.
