Our customer satisfaction, return and free shipping policies are as follow in the sections below.


General return policies for any purchase are:

Tennis Zone will accept returns of any item that is unworn, undamaged, still tagged, and sent back within 30 business days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in as-purchased condition, and in the original manufacturer boxes, bags and/or packaging provided. Once we get the item back, we will evaluate the product to be sure it is in acceptable return condition and, if so, we can then give you an exchange, store credit, or refund - less shipping charges. If the item appears to be worn, is missing tags, or returned later than the 30-day grace period, we cannot give a refund.

Here are a few extra details to keep in mind, to make sure you get your refund:
 - Shoes must be returned, tagged, in the original box.
 - Racquets must be returned with original plastic wrap on handle, completely unused.
 - Original invoice must be included for proof of purchase from TheTennisZone.com.
 - All additional shipping and handling charges will be paid for by the customer.
 - All returned items are subject to "review and acceptance" by TheTennisZone.com.
